Who We Are

Smarter IT Solutions was founded by entrepreneur and technology professional Dan Smart. Dan has about ten years' experience with managing servers and networks in a corporate environment, and has been tinkering with computers for over twenty years. He has always worked in cross-platform environments, and is skilled at administrating both PC and Macintosh systems. In his last corporate position, he spent six and a half years as the IT Manager for one of the top ten advertising agencies in the region.

Dan has an MBA from Queens University, and has a unique perspective on the role of technology in the enterprise. He is acutely aware of the drag that poorly managed technology can have on a firm's cash flows, and has a strong commitment to minimizing overhead costs while maximizing operational efficiencies.
